This adorable figure measures 4" in height and 3" in length
No Label or Makers Mark
Appears to be a sitting down Penguin
A Brass / Bronze and also coated over most of it with a type of black enamel, some tarnish.
Has wear consistent with age.
Sorry about the photo, top part of the gold area has a reflection of my trees :(   from when I took the photo
Overall  a great addition to a collection.
