This is a vintage Spearhead Industries brand plush penguin with original tags dated 1984. White penguin has red & white striped feet & scarf around neck. Scarf has green fringe. Green knit hat with red & green stripes, black & white plastic eyes & orange beak.  Measures 10 inches high. Paper tag has creasing.
