This company began 1857 & is still open today! This type of ID was used long ago for the employees. Maker Whitehead-Hoag, it has red baked lacquer enamel with a heavy duty pat cat joint & stem attachment. Nickel silver. Back side reads "return to Mueller Company" "return postage guaranteed"  Excellent condition for it's age. View pictures. *** yellow emblem also listed***
