    Very rare Playgoer- the Demon played at Poli's Theatre in Washington DC.  Dread starring Spencer Tracy in an early role was at Shubert-Belasco Theatre in Washington DC, the week before it was set to go to New York City!  It played the following week in Brooklyn for a day...and then the stock market crashed, they couldn't get financing and it never made it to Broadway.  Early role for Spencer Tracy and a must-have in your collection.
