You are bidding on:
“A Lonely Romeo” broadside program; Shubert-Majestic Theatre (Boston, inked top); Nov 10 (no year) with Lew Fields (also wrote, produced, directed); Harry Clarke, Herbert Fields (son); approx 4 3/4" x 11 1/4"; some wear, soiling, mounting traces verso (2 sided broadside program). I think this was before the show got to NYC; when it was there, Fields gave a song audition to a 16 yr old Richard Rodgers; and Fields bought one of his songs (Any Old Place with You; lyrics by Lorenz Hart) and interpolated it into this show.
