    *45 Years Old* Limited edition.
    Solid Bronze medal in a preservation capsule. Minted in 1976 commemorating Duke Paoa Kahanamoku, Father of Modern Surfing. Scarce piece.. There were only "980" of these beautiful first edition bronze proofs minted!! It measures 1.5 inches (39mm) and weighs one ounce. Beautiful proof mirror finish with frosted details. Date, Franklin Mint hallmark and other info printed on the edge. Would make a wonderful gift!!
