    Description

    You are bidding on a page from a scarce newspaper from circa 1909.  It is from an extra supplement of the French "Le Petit Journal". The picture fills most of the page. A xerox of the original french article is included.
    The picture depticts a hunter and his sled dogs stuck on an iceflow. The hungry dogs are looking at him very menacingly. They are very wolfish looking malamute or husky dogs.
    The page is in very good condition except for yellowing and binding marks in the outer margin. The page size is approx. 12 x 17.5 inches and the picture takes up most of it. There is text on the back but it is not visible through the paper.
    This is GENUINE antique/vintage item. It is not a modern reproduction.
