Wonderful collection of newspaper ads, comics section.  Ruth, Feller, Hubbell, Musial, Dizzy Dean.
First Ruth ad by Quaker puffed rice, 7/28/35.  Charlotte Sunday Observer.  Interior comics are Alexander Smart, Elmer, Circus, Curious World.
Second Ruth ad, Cleveland Plain Dealer, 1934, Puffed Rice.  1/2 page only.
Bob Feller, Wheaties, Cleveland Plain Dealer, September 17, 1939.  Interior fold comics are King of the Royal Mounted, Mortimer & Charlie and Aunt Min.
Dizzy Dean, Grape Nuts, September 8, 1935.  Dizzy pours one on.  Might of been a drinker, huh?
Carl Hubbell/Helen Hicks, Pabst-ett, I think it’s like Vegemite, 1937 Chicago Tribune. Reverse side comics are Harold Teen, Smitty and Herby.
Musial and son, April 26, 1948, Life Magazine.  Tape residue on back of page.  Ironically, ad for Baby Ruth on back, even tho it wasn’t named after the Babe.  We can thank Grover Cleveland for that.  73 year - 87 year old wear and tear.  Ships USPS.
