2 Small Vintage Penguin Cartoon figurines

2 Small Vintage Penguin Cartoon figurines, one shows crazing and I am not sure what the other is made from. Some sort of weird glazing to it. Cute very old figurines that were purchased at an estate sale.
Shipping to the US is "Airmail Tracked" due to covid.  Since there were some delays I had to have proof of shipment for ebay.
