1996 Atlanta Olympics Opening & Closing Ceremony tickets and Closing program

This listing is for two 1996 Atlanta Olympics Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony unused tickets plus a mint condition, unread, Closing Ceremony Program.  Stored in a non-smoking house.  Both tickets have the security hologram.
The Closing Ceremony ticket was commercially sold to the public and the printed ticket price is 6.  However, the Opening Ceremony ticket was issued only to guests and also required "Appropriate Accreditation" for use.   These tickets were "Not For Resale".  These special Opening Ceremony tickets had a limited issue of only 1896 tickets total.
The Closing Ceremony Program has 39 pages and measures 10" x 13".  The unused tickets each measure 3-3/4" x 8-3/4".
There are 3 sets of tickets (Opening and Closing) and Closing Ceremony Programs.  The tickets in the photos are not necessarily the tickets you will receive but they will all be exactly the same and be unused and in mint condition.
TERMS:
U.S. and international sales.  I will accept Paypal and I will only ship to a confirmed address. I will offer local pickup but only cash will be accepted. Unless I am contacted first, any bidder with less than 10 perfect feedbacks will have their bid canceled.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS:
I will only accept Paypal and shipping will only be to a confirmed Paypal address.  Customs forms will state the full value of this item. I will NOT mark or ship this as a "gift".
SHIPPING U.S.:
for Priority Mail with tracking.  I will offer local pickup but only cash will be accepted for payment.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
for First-Class Package International.  I mail international packages in person at a local post office so that I get a receipt and can prove that I actually mailed it.
NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
USPS Postal regulations prohibit merchandise in First-Class International Mail so these items must be mailed First-Class International PACKAGE, hence the high shipping cost.
