To exchange, please email us stating you would like to exchange the item. Buyer has 30 days to submit an exchange, meaning we must have the item the latest by the 30th days since you purchased the item back in our office. Then just send back the item with a copy of the packing slip and write "exchange" for what you would like to exchange it for. Ship to 706 S. Hill St. Suite # 510, Los Angeles, CA 90014. After receiving the item, inspecting, and exchanging, buyer is responsible for cost to re-ship the item. We will send you an invoice to submit your payment for price different and re-shipping cost. If the price is less, we will refund the difference.
